How does the Pyke Repulsor Train work?

Any unit can attack it as if it were in the galaxy row (target value 7, per forum posts). It cannot be bought and always stays. Its reward happens once at the end of your turn if you defeated it, not as an ongoing effect. "Non-permanent" means every card other than the Pyke Repulsor Train.
