How do I work out my Zone Control payout, and what happens on ties or with no districts?

Count the Zone Control markers on or above your space, counting the Mobster's and your own; that number is your rank for the payout chart. Tied players each get the lowest payout among the tied places. A player who controls no district in a Zone gets nothing from it.
