Which Mobsters' Speakeasies can I not take over, and can I still associate with one whose Speakeasies I took?

The only restriction is on the Mobster you are currently associated with: you cannot take over its Speakeasies. You may take over any other Mobster's Speakeasies, including those of a Mobster another player is associated with, and you can later associate with a Mobster whose Speakeasies you already took.
