How many barrels does Produce make, and is there a limit on barrels at my Stills?

You add the number shown under your Stills marker to the barrels already there, so production is not topped up to that amount. The 'x' is just a separator, not a multiplier. There is no storage limit at the Stills; only production is limited by the level.
