If I have several buildings in a district under attack, do I defend each one separately, and can I pay my Associate more than once?
Yes, each building is its own defense. You may use your Strength, return Goons (single use) and pay your Associate again for each building, even two in the same district. Non-operating buildings must be defended too; the Golden Rule does not skip them.
