How does Jo defend buildings in the Mob War, and can he lose them?
Jo always has the strength to defend but must also pay cash up to the Mobster's Mob War strength, building by building in district order from the lowest-numbered district. If he cannot pay at least $1 for a building he loses it, with its Family Member and barrel. A lost Stills is never replaced: he then buys from ships.
