Does Jo get Docks bonuses, and does he have a starting Docks Family Member?
No to both. He gets no benefit for placing Family Members at the Docks and does not place one during setup. Jo earns $5, $10 or $15 for Crates by Act and needs Crates for Docks goals. When the Helper display refills, slide cards left and put the new card on the right.
