If I pay from my Safe for another player's Family Member at the Docks, how much do they get?

They receive $1 per Family Member used; the other dollar is returned to the supply. Paying from the safe costs you $2 per $1 owed. You must pay for each helping Family Member before the Ambush resolves, and you cannot refuse to be used.
