When can I use a Helper card, and is there a limit on how many I hold?

At the very start of your turn you may use the benefit of one Helper card, then move it behind your Safe screen where it cannot be used again. Using one is optional, and you may hold any number. Helper cards in your safe still count at the end of the game.
