When do Casinos pay, and does a Casino pay more than once if several players visit the Restaurant?

Each Operating Casino pays once at the end of the round, after everyone has taken a turn, however many players visited the Restaurant that round. This also applies in Act 4: Casinos pay, then you go straight to Final Scoring without needing to reorder turn order.
