Can the Banshee discard a Mud Fight or Blind-Man's Bluff card from a stone?

Probably not. The Banshee targets a Clan or Tactic card on your opponent's side of the border at an unclaimed stone, and Combat Mode cards sit on the stone tile itself, not on a side.
