Does the Cannon + Wheel pirate's new action apply to any winner or only its owner?
Players read it one way and a publisher post reads it the other; unresolved.

Most readers treat it as a general action, so whoever takes a trick holding a cannon and a wheel can use it. A publisher post says it was meant for the owner only and the wording will be clarified, so check with your group.
