Take exactly the dice printed on the two tiles, in the place each tile shows (cup, Citizenry or on the world as a good), on top of your 3 white dice in the cup and 2 in the Citizenry. This includes the world printed on the faction tile, and Destroyed Colony counts both its worlds. Doomed World gives no die, only 8 starting credits.
