On Terraforming Guild, where does the die placed as a good on the completed world come from?
The designer ruled on this directly in a BGG post.

It is one of the dice the just-completed world provides, from the cup or Citizenry, which you may shift onto the world as a good instead. It is neither a die used to complete the world nor a new die from the supply. It has no effect on a world that already provides its dice as goods.
