Only for Galactic Exchange and the Diverse Workforce objective, where a Leader die counts as a Home die and a Pioneer die as a Novelty die. Having at least one Entrepreneur (orange) die also gives +1 VP for Galactic Exchange at game end. For other purposes they have no colour.
