Can I abandon tiles on every Scout task, including tiles I drew earlier in the same Explore phase?
The designer ruled on this directly, and it matches the rulebook.

Yes. Abandoning is allowed with each Scout task, and you may discard tiles you drew on an earlier task of the same phase. The designer confirmed that chaining abandon-and-draw with several explorers is intended.
