Can I use machines on the turn I hibernate?
The rulebook gives this timing explicitly.

Yes, but only before you return energy to your storage: spend any remaining energy at the start of the turn. After the energy moves back you cannot activate more machines that turn. You cannot take a normal action on a hibernate turn.
