How does Cordycephian copying of technologies work: does the effect persist and what can be copied?
The benefit is immediate: copy effects do not persist, though you may use a copied 'any time' effect as often as you like at that moment. You can copy just the ongoing part of a technology, but you cannot copy tribe abilities.
