How does Windup Man grow, and what does adding 2 of each color mean?

If you take nothing off it during Collect, it adds 2 more of each essence color already on it, so it only grows in colors it already holds. Its own power adds a new essence to it later in the round. Taking any essence off means taking all of it and starting again.
