Can you play 6 players with both expansions?

Not recommended. The designer says that with both Lux et Tenebrae and Perlae Imperii you would have both a second-seat and a third-seat problem. The expansion tools avoid trouble most of the time, but in a few games the second seat will feel squeezed. It is still your game, so you can try it.
