How does the Endless Knot pay out?
Like the Vault, it pays out once per round while you leave at least one Pearl on it: 1 Gold or 2 non-Gold essences. It is not cumulative, so more Pearls do not pay more. The Pearl stays on the card and is still worth 1 VP.
