When does an Advanced Red7 game end?
The designer confirmed the target and deck-out end condition, and the rulebook lists both.

As soon as someone reaches the target (40 points for 2 players, 35 for 3, 30 for 4), they win. Otherwise it ends when there aren't enough cards to deal everyone a new hand, and the highest score wins.
