When can a princess power that works "on your turn" be used, and what if two players want to use powers at once?
The publisher answered both the timing test and the power order, quoting the Deluxe rulebook.

Use the practical test of whether you could play a card at that moment. When several players want to use powers, they resolve in the order declared; if declared simultaneously, they go clockwise starting left of the lead player. In the Deluxe edition, Rapunzel cannot act if The Ice Princess or The Little Mermaid already used her power on the lead player this trick.
