Radlands
Is a restored person ready?
The rulebook says restored people are not ready, and the designer confirmed it with Vera Vosh; Atomic Garden is ruled to make people ready.

Normally no. Restoring a person marks it not ready, so it can't use its ability until your next turn, and Vera Vosh doesn't change that. An effect that explicitly makes it ready, such as Atomic Garden, overrides this.
