Can a card restore itself?
The newest designer posts and the rulebook's Restore text say a card cannot restore itself, replacing the 2022 ruling.

No — since the v1.2 rule change in 2023, no card, camp or person, can restore itself. Earlier designer answers (2021-2022) allowed a damaged camp like Outpost or Labor Camp to heal itself; those were overturned by the rule change.
