Does "person" on a card include punks?
The rulebook says punks are people too, and the designer confirmed it for several camps.

Yes — punks are people, with the extra properties that they have no abilities and are destroyed on damage. So a punk satisfies Blood Bank, Catapult, Labor Camp or Mulcher, and counts for Arcade and Nest of Spies.
