Does a damaged person still have its trait?
The designer ruled that damaged people lose traits, and the rulebook says traits work for undamaged people and undestroyed camps.

No — a damaged person loses its trait as well as its abilities until it is restored; once restored the trait works again immediately, ready or not. Camps are different: their traits stay active while they are merely damaged, and end only when the camp is destroyed.
