How does a Xeno Invasion game end?

The usual triggers still apply, plus empire defeat when all players fail to defend twice. In a defeat the game ends and VP are still counted normally, but nobody is eligible for the two 5 VP special bonuses. When another trigger has occurred the final Invasion step still happens. Victory is individual, not cooperative.
