Which start worlds do I use with the 11 second-edition start worlds?

Use the base start worlds 0-4 with their preset hands for a first game. After that, deal the 0-4 worlds plus the extra ones and choose among them; add the choose-your-start-world rule and the -6 to -1 worlds when your group is ready.
