If one player picks Settle and another Settle and Settle (two-player advanced game), how many settle phases happen?
The rulebook states this in its "2 PLAYER GAME (for experienced players)" section.

Two Settle phases happen for everyone, but only the player who chose both Settle cards gets the bonus for the second.
