Can I get more than one Settle bonus card in a single Settle phase?

No. The Settle action bonus is paid once per phase, after the first world, even if a power lets you place more worlds. Powers that draw for each world placed (Terraforming Robots, Terraforming Guild, similar) still trigger on every world.
