What does the robot do with a 6-cost development when it has no credit?
Several experienced players agree; the designer only confirms 6-cost developments score the same as the counters.

It cannot pay, so it discards that card and keeps drawing; it places a non-6-cost development for free. At game end each 6-cost development counts as 6 or 9 VP depending on difficulty.
