Which prestige can I spend, and does prestige on the Prestige Leader tile still count?

You may spend any prestige you own, from earlier rounds or the current one, from the tile or from your supply — prestige on the tile still belongs to you and scores at game end. If spending removes your sole lead, return the tile to the center (or the new leader) immediately.
