How should Patronage start worlds be dealt and how many players can play?
Use the red and blue start-world deal from the Patronage rules, since random dealing can produce weak hands. The expansion designer has not played with 5 or 6 players but sees nothing that would break, and says it could be tried with the Gathering Storm cards alone (untested).
