Which Settle powers and bonuses apply to the second world placed with Improved Logistics?

Most Settle powers do: temporary military and other powers last the whole phase, and each world triggers its own "draw after placing" power such as Terraforming Robots. The Settle action bonus applies only to the first world. The designer lists exceptions: takeover powers, Colony Ship, discard-to-conquer powers (Imperium Cloaking Technology, Imperium Invasion Fleet) and Terraforming Engineers' replace power, each usable only once per phase.
