Which Gambling World card do I use and what does its odds chart mean?

Use only one Gambling World, the one that matches the expansions you play (the Rebel vs Imperium version replaces earlier ones; Alien Artifacts and Xeno Invasion add no new card and use the base card with updated tables in the rules). The table is a frequency chart of costs and defenses in the deck (the 0 column is just the house edge; you may name only 1 to 7), and nothing is rolled. If the flipped card matches your named number, it goes into your hand.
