Can a Disaster in the lot destroy tiles I win in the same auction?
The rulebook says a Disaster resolves when acquired, with all tiles from the lot.

Yes. You take all tiles in the lot first, then resolve the Disaster, so a Drought in the lot can remove a Flood won with it. The Disaster only resolves when taken by auction or God tile, never when drawn.
