Power Grid
Can a power plant be fired twice in one round to power more cities from its stored fuel?
The rulebook says a plant never uses more or less fuel than printed and cannot power twice its cities in a round.

No — each plant produces power once per round, for at most the number of cities printed on it, using exactly its printed fuel amount. Storing double the fuel only lets you save the extra for later rounds; it does not double the cities supplied.
