Power Grid
In what order do players bid, and who picks the next plant?
The publisher confirmed this in 2010, and it matches the rulebook's clockwise bidding.

Choosing which plant to auction follows player order, but once a plant is up for auction, bidding goes clockwise around the table starting with the player after the one who opened. If the opener wins, the next player in player order who has not yet bought picks the next plant. If someone else wins, the opener may offer another plant or pass.
