How many points do Contracts give in competitive play?
Several experienced players agree, and the expansion rulebook describes the same scale.

Completing Contracts also gives victory points by how many you have completed: none for your first, 1 for your second and 2 for your third, so 3 points in total at most. You can never complete more than 3. Contracts are optional in competitive play, and each one also pays coins that shrink the later you complete it.
