With Universal Coalition tech level 5, can I still place or collect meteorites?
The designer said level 5 stops new meteorites only.

New meteorites are never placed on your planet, from tiles or from event cards. Meteorites already on it remain, still block their row and column, and can be collected or removed as normal.
