How is the solo target score set?
The designer confirmed the idea and the rulebook has the table.

Start from 60 medals and adjust for the event deck's makeup: red alerts lower the target, orange lower it slightly, green raise it. The rulebook table scales with how many of each colour are in the deck (for example 3-6 reds is -5, 3-6 greens +3).
