In what order can I resolve the gains from my tile?
The rulebook FAQ says you may advance either tracker first; the wider pending-list idea is consistent community reporting.

Yes, you choose which tracker to advance first. Players relay that the same freedom covers all gains: treat them as a pending list and resolve them in any order, such as taking tech first if it helps your rover. Benefits triggered along the way join that list.
