How does Makeshift score cubes sharing a track, and what is the rover infinity?

Only the highest cube on each track counts, whatever its colour. Tech level 5 scores each tracker as the best on its track. The infinity at the top of the rover track keeps giving you 3 movement each time you play a rover tile. Tech levels lock if no tracker is on the tech track.
