What is the lock symbol on the depot indicator for?
The designer described the marker in two threads; it is not in the rulebook.

It is an optional status marker. Flip your indicator to the lock side when you have finished all your actions for the round, and flip it back when a new round starts, so others can see who is done. The rulebook does not mention it.
