How do Jump Drive teleport (tech B) and treat-as-energy (tech D) work?
The designer confirmed B, and the rulebook limits D to tile placement.

B teleports a rover to a square of the same terrain, even on the same tile, for one movement, once a round; it can even cross the Tartarus chasm. D lets you treat a tech resource as energy during placement only, so the tile is still tech for objectives and planet restrictions such as Persephone's quadrants.
