Can I choose a tracker with fewer than 3 spaces left for an advance-3 event?
Not settled. No rule covers it directly. The rulebook says event actions must be executed if possible, which one player reads as requiring the full advance whenever you can; another sees no rule against choosing a tracker with fewer spaces left. Not official.
