How many Trail End actions do I get when the Rangers finish first in solo mode?
The solo rules state the one-final-action limit.

If both Rangers reach the Trail End before your Hikers finish, all remaining Hikers move there and you choose one final action only. Otherwise each Hiker you have gets its own Trail End action, and the Rangers pulled in by your finish take no action.
