Can a Hiker skip sites, pass other Hikers, or move backward?
The rulebook says a Hiker moves anywhere to the right of its current site.

Hikers may move to any site to the right of where they stand, passing others and skipping sites, but never backward. A Campfire doesn't let a Hiker stay put or move back; it only lets one join an occupied site.
