Can you use Lockdown during an Epidemic?
Disputed, with no official ruling. Most posters say yes: the rulebook says Infection improvements are in effect during an Epidemic's Infect step, so you can destroy the drawn Lockdown card after it lands in the discard pile and before Intensify. The objection is that an Epidemic must be fully resolved before anything is played. The first reading has more support, but treat it as a house call.
